CentroMed offers a full-service Pharmacy Department that is available to fill in-house prescriptions for established patients. CentroMed hires full-time pharmacists and pharmacy techs to provide affordable medications to clinic patients. CentroMed partners with Pfizer’s Sharing the Care Prescription Assistance Program to provide low-cost medications to individuals who qualify.
Our Pharmacy staff also provides pharmaceutical counseling, drug information and education, and a wide selection of pharmaceuticals (brand and generic) at competitive prices. In addition, the pharmacy staff works individually with patients to provide application assistance for a variety of Medication Assistance Programs. These programs enable us to deliver lower-cost medications to our patients.
As a non-profit Community Health Center, our Pharmacy is able to provide our patients with the lowest costs for prescriptions that were prescribed by our providers. CentroMed has two convenient pharmacy locations to serve our patients:
8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday
