Network Issue Updates

Important message for Patients:

CentroMed is currently operating with restricted access to our information network. Despite these restrictions, CentroMed continues to provide patient care as schedules permit. It is very important for patients to:

• Keep their scheduled appointments and recommend they arrive 20 minutes early.
• Bring the following to your visit:
  • Picture ID
  • Copy of Health Insurance Card or Discount Program
  • Immunizations Records
  • Medication Bottles, if available

  We are accepting Walk-In’s at all clinic sites.
